Virtual courses - Microsoft Teams

These courses are delivered via Microsoft Teams.  If you are new to Teams, you may wish to click the link prior to the meeting and download the app/software to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The course runs best if you have 2 screens – one to watch the trainer and one to practice the tasks. Should you have two screens, we would recommend that you set these up before the course. If you only have one screen on a PC/laptop then we would recommend also joining the seminar on a second device such as a tablet or mobile phone.  This will allow you to practice the tasks on your PC and watch the trainer on the alternative device. If you haven’t, please do not worry, this will still work.
