General


In these terms,
'we' or 'us' means PTP Ltd;
'you' means a client or intended client of PTP Ltd;
'the event' means a training seminar organised by PTP Ltd, whether on behalf of a client or on its own behalf.
 

Public seminar bookings

Payment

Public seminars must be paid for at the time of booking, unless credit is agreed. In the latter case, an invoice will be issued in response to your booking and should be settled within thirty days of the invoice date.  If bookings are made less than thirty days before the event payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

Where a booking is made within a package deal subject to a 'book by' date, full payment is due by that date. If full payment is not received by the stipulated date, then the normal (non-package) fees are due unless otherwise agreed by us.

Cancellation and refunds

The fee for a booked event will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the date of the event. 

If the booking was made as part of a package deal, the refund will reflect the difference between the package price paid and the next best available package for the remaining elements of the original booking.

Substitution

If you cannot attend a booked event, you may send a colleague in your place. You need to advise us of the substitution by calling 01327 317607 or emailing info@ptptraining.com.
Change of venueYou may attend an event for which you have booked a place at a venue other than the one you have booked, provided places remain at that other venue.
A charge of £5 will be made for any changes to venue choice within ten working days of the event.
 

In-house events

Scope
The conditions in this section relate to contracts for the supply of lecturing services to organisations, institutes and firms.

Fees and expenses
The fee will be agreed with you before the booking is confirmed. Travel and accommodation expenses to be charged to you will similarly be agreed before the booking is confirmed. All fees and expense recharges will be subject to VAT at the prevailing standard rate.

Fees will normally be invoiced within seven working days of the event. Terms for settlement are within thirty days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Equipment
You will need to provide a screen suitable for viewing by the intended audience and electric sockets suitably placed close to the presenter's station, by extension lead or otherwise.  Please let us know whether  a data projector will be provided at the venue.

Course material
An electronic copy will be sent by email to the nominated representative of your organisation responsible for administration of the event. We aim to have this with you by ten working days prior to the event. You will need to print and duplicate this for the delegates attending the event if you intend that each person should have his or her own printed copy. Alternatively you will need to make arrangements for the electronic dissemination of the material.

Cancellation
Please note that any cancellations should be made in writing to PTP Ltd, Grafton Suite, Caswell Science and Technology Park, Towcester, Northants, NN12 8EQ or by email to info@ptptraining.com.

If cancellation is made within eleven to fifteen working days of the date of the event, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed fee.

If cancellation is made within ten working days or less of the date of the event, we reserve the right to charge the fee in full.
